How long will my parcel be stored at the post office?

Received parcels and letters are stored at the post offices for 30 days after their arrival.

Upon a parcel’s receipt, post officers deliver a collection card to the recipient, which the recipient must present along with their passport in order to be able to collect the parcel. If a parcel or letter has not been collected after 5 days, another collection card will be delivered to the recipient. A charge might be due for the parcel’s storage after delivery of the second collection card (the amount of the charge will be clarified at the post office).

Registered parcels and letters will be sent back to the return address at the sender’s expense after expiration of the storage period.
